For the 5 dimensions of my personality, I got Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism, and Openness to Experience. I scored 69 on Extraversion; 92 on Agreeableness; 85 on Conscientiousness; 43 on Neuroticism; and 49 on Openness to Experience. I was not surprised I got Extraversion because I’ve always been an outgoing person. I was also not surprised by Agreeableness because I believe in building harmonious relationships with people, but I didn’t expect a high score though. With Conscientiousness, I always tried to approach things in a thoughtful way and not be quick to act on my impulses.
What a future employer can say my strengths are by looking at my results are Conscientiousness and Agreeableness. Conscientiousness would help a future employer see that I am capable of thinking things through before I do anything and being cautious in certain situations. Agreeableness would also help a future employer that I can work well with my colleagues and build meaningful relationships with them. I would say Neuroticism would be a weakness if a future employer looked at my results. It is something that I need to work on by coping with whatever negative feelings I have, especially with the anxiety and depression parts.
