Critiquing a Recruitment Ad

My brand as an employee is that I am hard-working and adaptable. I am very good at communicating with people I work with on what I need on the job and adjust to whatever change comes my way. A weakness of mine would be overthinking a lot of situations and it is something I’m working on by being vocal about my concerns. What makes me stand out is, I step up and take initiative to help and do more.

This could be communicated via LinkedIn, Handshake, or my resume. I can highlight my strongest skills and back them up with activities that helped me developed them, like clubs, classes, jobs, and volunteer activities. Since my job history is diverse, it will highlight my adaptability to different things I encounter. What I put down in my LinkedIn, Handshake, or resume give my future employers a snapshot into my history and the things that contributed to my employee brand. I want my brand tailored to any job in the accounting profession and make sure people who work in the field see my potential to not only learn from them, but also work beside them.
