{"id":335,"date":"2018-03-06T16:36:30","date_gmt":"2018-03-07T00:36:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.oregonstate.edu\/dairy\/?p=335"},"modified":"2018-03-06T16:36:30","modified_gmt":"2018-03-07T00:36:30","slug":"beaver-dairy-youth-day-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.oregonstate.edu\/dairy\/2018\/03\/06\/beaver-dairy-youth-day-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"Beaver Dairy Youth Day 2018!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"_4n-j _3cht fsl\">The Oregon State University Dairy Club is hosting its bi-annual <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"_4n-j _3cht fsl\">Beaver Dairy Youth Day <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"_4n-j _3cht fsl\">on Saturday, April 14, 2018<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"_4n-j _3cht fsl\">from 9:00-4:00,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"_4n-j _3cht fsl\">at the OSU Dairy,<\/span><\/p>\n<p>for kids in grades 4-12.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"_4n-j _3cht fsl\">Dairy club members, along with industry experts, will be teaching youth about dairy judging and pedigree reading. After lunch, there will be a dairy judging competition for all levels of experience. Cattle for the event will be provided by the OSU Dairy. Lunch and snacks will be provided. However, if a student requires a special diet, please bring it from home. Event t-shirts, lunch, and awards are all included in the cost. Please preregister by March 28.
