In 2026, the OSU Extension Master Gardener Volunteer Program celebrates 50 years of growing gardening knowledge, partnerships, and community across Oregon. To mark this milestone, we\u2019ll be sharing stories throughout the year that highlight the people and relationships that make this program what it is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Also, a special 50th anniversary logo has been created just for this year, along with shared messaging that reflects our focus on partnership, connection, and learning together. The anniversary logo was designed by Paul Maree, the Curry County OSU Education Assistant!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As part of the celebration, volunteers are invited to help tell the story of the Master Gardener Program by sharing their own experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Your story doesn\u2019t need to be long or polished. A few sentences \u2014 or even just answering one question \u2014 is more than enough. You\u2019re welcome to respond to any of the prompts below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
