Fifteen dedicated students completed the six in-person sessions that wrapped up on March 15th. We\u2019re proud to share that all class members have passed their final exam and are now embarking on their volunteer journey!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout the six classes, we were fortunate to have a variety of knowledgeable speakers from OSU and our very own Master Gardener Volunteers. The classes also included site visits, allowing students to learn about the many impactful projects and initiatives we offer to benefit the community.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The final class was a wonderful celebration, featuring a delicious potluck provided by the students, along with a fascinating presentation by Maggie Daly on creating a Native Plant Garden. We also heard from several volunteers about the various exciting projects and volunteer opportunities available within our community.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We look forward to seeing these new Master Gardeners contribute to our programs and continue growing their knowledge and passion for gardening!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Paul Maree We are excited to announce that the 2025 Master Gardener Volunteer Training Class has officially concluded!
