{"id":205,"date":"2021-09-16T15:14:53","date_gmt":"2021-09-16T15:14:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.oregonstate.edu\/cultureofgardening\/?p=205"},"modified":"2021-09-16T15:14:56","modified_gmt":"2021-09-16T15:14:56","slug":"garden-salsa-and-fresh-corn-salad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.oregonstate.edu\/cultureofgardening\/2021\/09\/16\/garden-salsa-and-fresh-corn-salad\/","title":{"rendered":"Garden salsa and fresh corn salad"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Garden Salsa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I make a really simple charred salsa, on the grill:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You put foil on the grill, a little tray, cut up tomatoes, let them char, cut up onion let that char, jalapenos and a mix of dried pasilla peppers, and char it all. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I use a molcajete, or you can use a blender (it\u2019s easier). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add fresh cilantro, salt and lime (I like a lot of salt and lime). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s the best!
