Departments and teams can also adopt their own unique practices that demonstrate a Culture of Care by fostering connections, generating awareness, showing respect and promoting empathy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Building a Culture of Care means creating an environment where employees feel valued and where caring and compassion are prioritized. Existing policies and programs need supportive leadership who will explore, model, support, and communicate them.
