My Personal Brand as a Potential Employee
As a potential employee, my brand is centered around being dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to make a difference in healthcare. I bring a unique blend of clinical and administrative experience from working in the dental field, which has helped me develop strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. I am someone who takes initiative, solves problems efficiently, and thrives in fast-paced environments. My strength lies in being team player and a self-starter. I can manage responsibilities independently, but I also enjoy working collaboratively. One of my weaknesses is that I tend to take on too much, but I am actively learning to set boundaries and prioritize better. What makes me different is my passion for public health, along with my real-world experience in patient care, office management, and working with people from many cultural backgrounds. I am reliable, hardworking, and ready to bring positive energy and results to any team.
My Creative “Situation Wanted” Ad
Experienced Healthcare Pro Seeking Meaningful Impact in Public Health
Are you looking for someone who knows how to lead a team, manage a busy office, and still greet every patient with a smile? Someone who is not afraid to tackle a challenge, stay organized, and help make healthcare more accessible and compassionate? That is me!
I am a soon-to-be graduate with a degree in Public Health Management and Administration, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience in the dental field from assisting chairside to managing patient cases and leading office meetings. I specialize in smoothing out chaos, building strong relationships with coworkers and patients, and finding real solutions to everyday problems.
I am now looking to join an organization where I can apply my knowledge and passion to programs that serve the community, improve health outcomes, and promote equity. My ideal role would blend teamwork, innovation, and a mission to make healthcare better for everyone.
The way I would share this ad is by posting it on LinkedIn with a short video introducing myself, add it to my resume website, and share it in public health job groups. I would also reach out directly to community health centers, nonprofits, and health organizations that align with my values. My goal is to stand out not just on paper, but as a real person ready to make a difference.

Hi Tessa!
You bring some great skills for any job position! I like how you were specific about your previous experience and how it ties into what you would bring to a new position. Initiative and problem solving are both things that a lot of positions have listed as requirements so it was smart to include those. Your balance and flexibility between working independently and collaboratively is also something companies look for and something important to note.
Hello!
I really enjoyed that you started with a question as a hook, it definitely sold yourself well within the first couple sentences of your ad. You had specific detail about yourself that is important to recruiters and was right to the point, great work!
Hi Tessa,
Great work on the creative ad, you were grounded in the reasoning and provided ample results and background to guide the reader to an assumptive close on you definitely being a good fit for these roles. Specifically, the statement ‘smoothing out chaos’ was great, because I believe employers are surrounded by qualified people for jobs, it is just whether the person is believed to match and align with the internal culture. Statements like this, show me that you are more than just a qualified candidate, but someone who takes care in their work, self starting initiative, consistently looking for ways to add value to the team around you. My only recommendation would be finding a way to make the ad more concise, so that readers can easily come to a conclusion on your fit in their organization. I think of these ads similar to resumes, where mere seconds are taken reading them. Great work, thanks for sharing 🙂
