Benton County Environmental Health internships

In-person, unpaid internship – available all terms

  • Benton County Health Department, Environmental Health programs will have regular, unpaid internship opportunities available.  Some of the programs include Climate & Health, Food Safety, Healthy Homes, Water and Waste Systems, Tobacco Retail Licensing.  
  • If interested:
    • 1. Review the information on the Benton County internship webpage
    • 2. Complete and submit the Benton County Health Department Application. 
      • On the application, make sure to include Environmental Health and any specific areas of interest within environmental health (e.g., climate, water, food, interest in becoming Registered Environmental Health Specialist, etc).  You could also include the program supervisor’s name:  Scott Kruger.
