I took the shorter version of this test. Overall, I scored fairly low on the extraversion categories, with the exception of my cheerfulness being a 76 says that I scored low in this category and tend to be more introverted. My scores in agreeableness were average, with really high scores in cooperation and trust. The low scores in this area included modesty and morality (which was a gut punch). My conscientiousness scores were also average, with really high levels of orderliness and low scores of achievement-striving. I again had average neuroticism scores, with high vulnerability and very low anger. Finally, I also had average openness to experience scores. There was really high liberalism and emotionality, and a whopping score of 1 on adventurousness.

The most surprising score that I received was definitely the low score of morality. I always think of myself as someone who cares a lot about others and their problems. After reading the description, it makes much more sense that low morality scorers are just more likely to be guarded and not share everything.

If an employer was looking at my scores, I think they would see that I am very willing to work with a variety of people, and I am trusting and easygoing. I enjoy everything being organized, and am definitely careful and thoughtful when I am completing tasks. They would also be able to see that I experience a lot of emotions, and I am ok with showing my emotions. Something that would really catch an employers eye would be my low scores on adventurousness and achievement-striving. I am not much of a competitor, and I really prefer to just stay comfortable in my zone. It is clear that I do not enjoy being in an environment where I have to compete with others and some win and others lose. I would rather work together with others so that we can all win.
