I find myself in a situation where after this term I will be starting a full time job at the place where I not only did my internship over this last summer and worked over break, but have worked on and off during summers and when I took time off of school. In my internship, I was plopped into a role where I was one of two HR people in a company of about 180 people, and was almost immediately became the head of recruiting among other various responsibilities. Because of this, I learned two things: the first being that we do not really negotiate on the job offers that we sent out, wether it be on salary, time off, schedule, etc1; the second being how much a majority of the employees make per paycheck, not through any snooping on my part of course. This puts me in a bit of a predicament, because I feel as if my contributions to the company warrant a higher salary that some of the people that I have hired on, and that what they offer me should reflect that(Distributive Justice). However, I do not have an idea of what they are going to offer me, as I did not look at what my boss was making, and I am going to be somewhat stuck in what they offer me.
