EXCELLENT service throughout. I worked with several people, but the primary contact was with VICTOR GARCIA: Helpful, thorough, patient, responsive, competent. It’s wonderful and reassuring to have access to this quality of service for OSU personnel. I even had the pleasure of chatting with Victor in Spanish. The Service Desk is fortunate to have a truly bilingual staff member. KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT SERVICE.

The build took a little longer than expected, but as soon as I phoned to follow up, all were very responsive. Installation with Steve was excellent and we really appreciate the help with network ports. This is the second time in a couple of months that I have used OSU IS, and have had a first-rate experience. It really helps to have such efficient responses so that we know exactly what is needed and about how long jobs will take. Thank you very very much!

Overall – excellent service. It was a bit confusing working to find the folder – but all is well. Thank you for your assistance.

The staff I met on November 4 helped me solve the problem patiently. I was very glad that the hard drive of my laptop had been fixed and the new system was installed! I feel I have a new laptop.

Friendly and though the problem couldn’t be resolved over the phone it didn’t take long for it to be fixed.

I worked with two people. The person who took my call to setup my appointment was very helpful, even in the face of experiencing their own technical difficulties with the scheduling system. They accommodated my requests, follow-ed up, and communicated with professionalism and excellent computer service. Ken, who came to setup my new computer, was quick, efficient, and extremely competent and helpful. He anticipated my technical needs, listened to my input and questions, and offered additional help whenever he could. The entire process was quick, efficient, helpful, and supportive.

I feel terrible, as I don’t remember his name in the moment, but the staff member who I worked with was resourceful, super patient and helpful. He had a great customer service demeanor, walked through several ways in which to fix my complicated problem (thanks to my old Mac) and was able to come up with a solution. I felt supported by a competent person. Great job!
