{"id":8710,"date":"2025-04-30T22:47:13","date_gmt":"2025-04-30T22:47:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.oregonstate.edu\/closurenotices\/?p=8710"},"modified":"2025-04-30T22:47:13","modified_gmt":"2025-04-30T22:47:13","slug":"update-sw-35th-st-western-blvd-work-western-building-access-through-5-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.oregonstate.edu\/closurenotices\/2025\/04\/30\/update-sw-35th-st-western-blvd-work-western-building-access-through-5-1\/","title":{"rendered":"UPDATE: SW 35th St.\/Western Blvd. Work &amp; Western Building Access through 5\/1"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>This is an update to a<a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.oregonstate.edu\/closurenotices\/2025\/04\/25\/4-28-5-2-sw-35th-western-blvd-intersection-road-closures\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/blogs.oregonstate.edu\/closurenotices\/2025\/04\/25\/4-28-5-2-sw-35th-western-blvd-intersection-road-closures\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> previous notification<\/a>. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The city waterline project is ahead of schedule and progressing north on SW 35<sup>th<\/sup> St. Please see the information below for changes in effect for Wednesday afternoon and Thursday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>OSU Western Building parking lot<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The south parking lot entrance is <strong><u>now open.<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0 This will be the entrance\/exit while waterline construction has the north entrance closed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Waterline installation will keep the north entrance closed for remainder of Wednesday, 4\/30 and part of the day on Thursday, 5\/1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please approach the Western Building parking lot from SW Western Blvd. There will no longer be access to this parking lot from the north on SW 35<sup>th<\/sup> St.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pedestrians should plan to use the east sidewalk on 35th St. to detour around the construction zone. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These changes apply to <strong>Wednesday, 4\/30 and Thursday, 5\/1<\/strong> only.
