Work is expected to continue through September 2025. Typical work hours for this project will be Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. \u00a0To sign up for updates on this project from the city, visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.corvallisoregon.gov\/subscribe\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.corvallisoregon.gov\/subscribe<\/a> and select the <strong>Transportation Project &#8211; Western Blvd, 35th St, 11th St<\/strong> subscription list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Impacts for the week of April 14<sup>th<\/sup> \u2013 18<sup>th<\/sup> <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Traffic on Western Blvd. between West Hills Rd. and SW 35th St. will be limited to a single lane and controlled by flaggers. All lanes will reopen at the end of each workday.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The signal at SW 35th St. and Western Blvd. will be shut down and become a four-way stop. Flaggers will be present to direct traffic. The intersection will remain open in all directions. The signal will be restored at the end of each workday.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bike lanes will be closed and bikes will ride with traffic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The sidewalk on the north side of Western Blvd. will be closed. Pedestrians traveling on Western Blvd. between 30th and 35th St. may detour around the area using the south sidewalk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to local driveways will be maintained and signage will be posted to keep the Western Building driveways clear while the intersection signal is shut down.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Temporary changes to CTS bus stops are possible. See <a href=\"https:\/\/www.corvallisoregon.gov\/cts\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.corvallisoregon.gov\/cts<\/a> for city bus information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please note: a full closure of the SW 35<sup>th<\/sup> St.\/Western Blvd. intersection is scheduled to start on April 28<sup>th<\/sup>.
