{"id":8639,"date":"2025-03-21T19:03:35","date_gmt":"2025-03-21T19:03:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.oregonstate.edu\/closurenotices\/?p=8639"},"modified":"2025-03-21T19:03:35","modified_gmt":"2025-03-21T19:03:35","slug":"3-26-kelley-engineering-plageman-closed-for-planned-power-outage","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.oregonstate.edu\/closurenotices\/2025\/03\/21\/3-26-kelley-engineering-plageman-closed-for-planned-power-outage\/","title":{"rendered":"3\/26 &#8211; Kelley Engineering &amp; Plageman Closed for Planned Power Outage"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>As part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/ufio.oregonstate.edu\/project-delivery\/kelley-district-utility-plant\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kelley District Utility Plant Project<\/a>, Kelley Engineering Center and Plageman Student Health Center will be <strong>closed for a planned power outage on Wednesday, March 26 from 4 \u2013 8 a.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What do you need to do to prepare for this\u00a0outage?\u00a0<\/strong><br>Please ensure that all electronic devices not connected to emergency power are powered down and that all computers, printers, copiers and other electronic devices are turned off\u00a0<strong>prior to Wednesday, March 26.<\/strong>\u00a0If you have an Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS), also known as a battery back-up, please be sure to turn it off as well.\u00a0Please ensure that all fume hoods are closed before leaving the labs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Employees scheduled to work when buildings are without power should consult with their supervisors regarding work schedules.
