As part of ongoing construction projects in the north campus area, there will be a planned power outage affecting all floors of Weniger Hall and Plageman Hall on Wednesday, July 10 from 7 A.M. to 4 P.M.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Weniger Hall will be closed during this outage.<\/strong> No access to the building will be permitted during this time frame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Four service parking spaces in the Weniger Hall East lot will be closed to allow a trailer-mounted generator to be installed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note:<\/u><\/strong> Backup generators for critical equipment are available on a very limited basis. Please contact Brandon Holden<\/a> at Facilities Services if you need assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What do you need to do to prepare for this outage?<\/u><\/strong> <\/strong>
Please make sure that all computers, printers, copiers and other electronic devices are turned off prior to Wednesday, July 10.<\/strong> If you have an Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS), also known as a battery back-up, please be sure to turn it off as well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Employees scheduled to work when buildings are without power should consult with their supervisors regarding work schedules. For more information regarding work scheduling, please refer to the instructions regarding Interruptions of University Operations<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
