This will create a loud, sudden, and repetitive firework-like noise during the time period. The noise will be audible inside the library as well as in the areas surrounding the library.<br><br>An example of what the noise will sound like is in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=whoN2a18I3w&amp;t=201\">this video<\/a>. Public Safety is aware of this work.
