The RTU\u2019s are: RAC-3 provides heating and cooling to Lab 2038 area and will not affect any current occupants. RAC-5 provides heating and cooling to Lab 1169\/1169A. With the warmer temperatures, this may not be an issue, but we do have a temporary work around for heating these spaces, should it be needed. This system should only be out of service on the heating side for approximately 2 hours on the day the subcontractor does the swap for this unit.
