This is a website about how learning and discovering topics of classroom management, have allowed me to become the educator on the right (most days). I will attempt to document the valuable lessons I have learned in Classroom Management and how it will help my career as a trainer and educator. Prior to this class, I certainly had some classroom structure, but I did not have a complete management plan, so I was frustrated more frequently, and looked more like the picture of me on the left. After deeper analysis and a better understanding of classroom management, I believe I am better prepared to face my upcoming classes and I now have a game plan for what I can do when I face challenging times (but also a plan that can even improve the classes that go well). <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
