Experiences with Discrimination

Would an unresolved discrimination claim change my view of the company. First, although the company is facing possible accusations of widespread racial, cultural, and personal discrimination, the fact that it is facing accusations does not mean that it is actually discriminating. In many cases, due to the consideration of commercial competition, there will be malicious slander phenomenon, and this situation is very common, is a malicious commercial competition strategy. Second, I would like and support this company even if it had widespread racial, cultural and personal discrimination. Because my love for this company and brand has little to do with its corporate culture or whether it discriminates against race or individuals. What I value is the company’s product. Of course these are from the consumer’s point of view.

However, when it comes to whether I will apply for a job there in the future, my attitude is against it. I will not join a company that discriminates against race, culture and individuals on a broad scale, whether the allegations are true or not, I will not take the risk. Liking a company can ignore other aspects of its imperfections and focus on the product itself, but when it comes to self-interest, it needs to be a precaution and not a risk. If the company really has racial, cultural and personal discrimination, then it is highly likely that the company will fail to apply for the job. Even if you successfully get the offer, you will face discrimination and unfair treatment in the process of work, and you will not be able to get a pleasant work experience. If so, I wouldn’t have tried to apply to this company in the first place.
