I like to listen to other people&#8217;s story, no matter what story it is, I would love to hear it. Then, base on their problem, I will give my understanding, and proved a plan to solve the problem. I like to go direct to what cost the problem, even sometimes it may hurt people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most time, I value honest to be the number one thing. Being honest is the one and only one element at any activities, if we can&#8217;t be honest to anyone, then any action we do is just a waste of time. This also applies to team building, each team member should be honest to each other, point out the other&#8217;s problems is a good action for helping the team grow much better. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To get the goal I want, I first should ask myself to open to others, which means I should stand on their point of view, to understanding their feeling. It may hard to do, but I will try my best, it is not a easy to myself to others, it takes time but I am willing to do so. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I guess where I am going is back to China, where I feel familiar at most. I do like American here, quite a nice place with more opportunities, but I think I am doing better in the place speak my native language.
