It is quite a shame that heard my dreamed company is on the lawsuit for discrimination against an individual that I associate with. I was about to send my resume to this company, but now I think I am going to drop this thought. For me, I have zero tolerance against discrimination, a company with discrimination must have a terrible culture and bad environment in the workplace. The lawsuit will defiantly change my thought about this company, I will not support them at all, even I love this company very much, and it is my dream company since my childhood. I always heard their company culture is to respect their employees and help them to prove their value, but now I guess the new owner for this company has his\/her own idea, but this idea is totally wrong and not suit for me, I probably going to change another company. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the future, maybe the lawsuit will be gone, and this company is going back to normal, but I think the bias will continue. People do not easily forget what one company has done, especially this is discrimination for a race, this is even worse cases in any scenario. This is not a good sight for a company that wants to hire an employee because they are afraid of getting bullied by their co-workers, I am sure that no one wants to work inside a company against one’s own race, this is going to be the worse work experience.
