While you are here, be sure to check out all Oregon and the pacific northwest has to offer. We are 40 minutes from the town of Newport on the Pacific Ocean (just follow route 20 west!). Portland (of Portlandia fame) is a short drive 1.5 hours north. Corvallis has plenty of hiking trails. Go on a wine tour at one of many local wineries.
Worried about rain? Fall in Corvallis is beautiful and the leaves will be changing. The rainy season doesn’t typically start until late November.
