I had a 91 in friendliness due to my demonstration of positive feelings towards others and my ability to make friends easily, and an 82 in activity level because I have a very fast-paced and busy life. In agreeableness, my highest scores were in altruism with an 89 because I find helping people to be rewarding rather than an inconvenience, and in trust, I had a 76 because I assume that most people are honest and have good intentions. In conscientiousness, I had a 90 overall, and relatively high scores in all categories. I had a 93 in dutifulness, showing that I have a high sense of obligation, an 89 in achievement-striving, proving that I strive hard to achieve excellence, and an 89 in self-efficacy, displaying my ability to work hard at difficult tasks until they are completed. My score in neuroticism didn’t surprise me at all. I have a ton of anxiety and I had a score of 91 in that section, which means I frequently feel very tense and nervous about things. I also had a 97 in vulnerability, meaning that I tend to experience panic, helplessness and confusion in high pressure/stress situations. In the last section of being open to experience, I had some pretty low scores. I had a 37 overall and a my highest score was 91 in emotionality. This means that I have good access to and am very aware of my feelings.

I think that if a potential employer were looking at my scores, they would say that my self-efficacy and my achievement striving scores would be a couple of my biggest strengths. I think that having the ability to work at difficult tasks and making sure that they are done well and on time is a very attractive trait to an employer. I also think that striving for excellence, looks really good because an employer knows that I will always work hard without taking short cuts, to improve the business and get myself where I want to be. However, I think that one of my biggest weaknesses was actually under the extraversion category. I only scored a 2 in assertiveness and that would most definitely come off as a huge weakness to an employer. I like to follow direction, stay quiet, and let others control the activities of groups. I don’t enjoy bossing people around or telling them what to do, but I don’t mind being told myself. I think that employers look for this kind of thing in an employee because they want other people to take charge if and when they aren’t around to instruct or lead. In this sense I am much more of the following type, but I will do whatever I am told and I will do it well, and that is one of my biggest strengths.

When I took this test I had a really high scores in the extraversion category.
