can of chickpeas, 1 large lemon, 1 large garlic clove (or 2 small ones) chopped, 2T Olive oil, 2T Tahini, water or Chickpea liquid\/water: water depends on what consistency you desire, Salt to taste\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tools:\u00a0A blender (or other alternative wave to mash), Fork\/spoon\/or rubber spatula (to move contents from bottom of blender to the top, Measuring cups\/spoons<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0Alternative ways to blend\/mash: fork, potato masher, mortar and pestle, a bowl and plastic cup\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instructions:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drain the can of chickpeas (save liquid if not using water)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, olive oil, garlic, salt, and water\/chickpea juice into the blender.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: Lemon juice and salt can be added after blending the rest of the ingredients to better suit flavor preference&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Blend the ingredients until desired consistency is reached.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: More liquid will make for a smoother
