Kale Chips

Heat oven to 400F. Wash kale, dry leaves, remove the woody stems, tear it into pieces. Put a little less than 1 TBS (one packet) olive oil on the leaf pieces and rub it in to coat. Sprinkle with salt flakes. Spread in a single thin layer on parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes. Watch very carefully after first 10-12 minutes and removed from the oven when just a tiny bit flexible and barely brown.
