Typical vs maximal performance

An organisation needs both a competent candidate that does the work consistently while there should be a member in the team that can work at the last minute and bring great results. If i were to choose someone i might choose Avery because on these kinds of employees one can depend on difficult times. Since in any organisation a team works together to bring new development projects and perform the operations while making sure they perform their tasks individually too. If we have to consider it on the basis of the culture of the team and organization then we can choose it on the basis of daily operation. Like I would prefer Avery in a job that has small work packages, and more related to complex work like in a software company or any projectized company that has different projects going on in a small work package. Since these small work packages have a deadline that needs to be met instead of day to day tasks so in these jobs it is best to choose Avery as she can be below average in the start of the work but when she knows the deadline is near she will perform outstandingly.

As for Jaime he has a consistency in his works or the tasks he performs on a daily basis. When it comes to a job that needs consistency on a daily basis and needs reports Jamie is a best person for it unlike Avery who cannot do daily basis operations . So for Jamie a job would be suitable that is mostly based on day to day operations. I would recommend a job like inventory manager or store manager assistant where they have to do the task on a day to day basis and the difficulty of the task is not that much but the consistency and the potential needed are found in Jamie and it matters a lot in these day to day report based kinds of  jobs.
