Blender is an extremely powerful and free graphics software. You can create anything from 2D, to 3D or even animations. So much is possible to create from scratch with just the base software but there are many 3rd party modules that extend functionality.

We can create anything from the nano level or the macro level, here I will focus on the smaller side: biochemistry at the molecular level.
