In 2025, BRR students conducted over 4,000 hours of research in the laboratories of mentors from 7 OSU Colleges. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Five students graduated and 7 successfully presented and defended their BRR thesis, as a capstone event of their undergraduate career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"915\" height=\"302\" src=\"https:\/\/osu-wams-blogs-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com\/blogs.dir\/8977\/files\/2026\/01\/BRR-capstone-quite.png\" alt=\"A text box that reads: Studetns who do a capstone seminar that required a final product or performance gain more in desired areas compared to peers who did not. We also maintain a higher 6-year graduation rate than the College and University, and surpass <a href=\"https:\/\/leadership.oregonstate.edu\/provost\/strategic-plan\">OSU&#8217;s target benchmark of an 80%, in the 2024-2030 strategic plan, &#8220;Prosperity Widely Shared&#8221;<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"894\" height=\"325\" src=\"https:\/\/osu-wams-blogs-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com\/blogs.dir\/8977\/files\/2026\/01\/BRR-2024-Grad-Rate.png\" alt=\"A series of progress rings showing the 6 year graduation rate for OSU (70%), the College of Agricultural Sciences (67%), and BRR (84%).
