Prompt: How did it feel to read and critique someone else’s writing? What did you learn that you can apply to your own writing as you revise your final essay?
I think this exercise has been helpful for me and hopefully for the people who I peer-reviewed as well. One of the essays I did was really well written and gave me a good example of what I need to do to improve my essay. She did a really good job of connecting all her points and having good evidence. I believe I can explain some of my evidence better and connect back to my thesis in a stronger way. The other essay I review made me feel a lot better about my essay. I feel like I have a pretty strong start and can add to make it overall a good essay that fits the rubric/prompt.
