College of Pharmacy PhD alumni joined Dean Mark Zabriskie and members of the College of Pharmacy for a mentoring and networking dinner at the 2017 Annual American Association of Pharmaceutical Sciences meeting in San Diego on November 13, 2017. Encouraged by Dr. Ruth Stevens, CSO and Executive Vice President of Camargo Pharmaceutical Services, who has been attending or organizing this event for several years, students and alumni shared stories, experiences, and contact and internship information. Students and faculty were excited to learn about College of Pharmacy graduate program alumni whose careers in the pharmaceutical industry and government regulatory institutions provide strong examples of the many pathways to success that our alumni have forged. We look forward to next year at the same meeting in Washington DC (PharmSci 360, Nov 4 to 7, 2018) where we hope to meet an even larger group of graduate program alumni from the College of Pharmacy.
