As a fellow employee I would feel frustrated if my coworker that is generally a slacker gets praised when they finally do something to their max potential. Along this I think fellow employees would be more understanding of Jaime who does good work daily but then struggles to meet expectations when under stress or overloaded. Additionally, as a manager I would be better able to tailer Jaime’s work load to fit their abilities, where it would be difficult to know exactly what Avery could be expected to get done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To me a person like Avery would be great for a job that the daily tasks are not crucial to the operating of the company. Also, I think Avery would be best suited for individual work, so that minimal employees are affected when they slack off more. Jaime, in my opinion, would be better for a more team work based job. That way the responsibilities are more shared, Jaime’s consistent nature would be appreciated and there would be team members that could use their strengths to off set Jaime’s performance. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
If I was a business owner looking to hire a new essential new employee, between Avery and Jaime, I would hire Jaime.
