When I think of myself as a brand that I want to promote myself as is hardworking and quick to learn. I think these two things are the most important to me to make sure and employer knows about me, This will be especially important as I move in the the corporate world after college, it will be important to me to make sure that while I might not be the most experienced being a recent college graduate but that my work ethic, eagerness to learn and grow within a company make me a valuable employee. The main weakness I have, apart from less experience then other applicants, is in leadership settings I am not an assertive leader all the time, I can when needed but I am not are authoritative leader. In my experience this can be seen as a weakness by some of my higher up managers but I have also worked with others that have a similar style and it so less so. Overall I think it varies based on what the company needs and values in their employees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
If I was to create a novel and creative situation wanted ad, I want to make my personally and values known as I have enjoyed working for companies in the past that align with these. As I said above making sure that my work ethic and desire to learn and grow with a company would be my main statement. Beyond this I am a positive employee, I am a strong leader that is good at motivating and training individuals.
