I very much enjoyed taking this personality evaluation, while I was not surprised by my results I found them very interesting. My score for extraversion was average indicating that while I am social and enjoy time with others, I also enjoy time alone. I would definitely categorize myself this way, I love going out with friends or work events, but like my alone time to recharge after. I have a high level of agreeableness, I would agree, I have had to work hard to be more assertive in some situations as it does not come naturally to me. My score for conscientiousness was also high, I strive to work hard and be someone both coworkers and friends can rely on. My score for neuroticism was low, I am very calm and can hide my true emotions when needed very well, which helps when I am stress or annoyed by a situation. My openness to experience score was also low, I would say this is accurate. I have had the same hobbies for most of my life and am not one to be a big adventurer.
I think an employer would see mostly good aspects of my personality when looking at my score. It was reflected by multiple scores that I am hard working and reliable, which would show that I am employee that wants to do a good job for the company. It was also shown in my scores that I am a level headed individual, who works easily with others. Although in leadership positions I have had in the past my agreeableness has been my biggest criticism. I can have trouble be assertive when I need to, but this is something I am working hard to get better at. Overall, I think my scores would show that I would be a good employee but of course I have some weakness that depending on the position might not make me a good fit.
