For a season, we\u2019ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We\u2019ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.<\/span><\/p>\n During our internship, you\u2019ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n My Thoughts:<\/span><\/p>\n When applying for this position, the job description did not give me much information. Luckily during the interview process I did ask a lot of questions and got some answers but it seemed like there should’ve been more information shared. I did end up taking the job and working for this company for experience. My experience, I would say, was pretty far from the job responsibilities. They were very brief in the job description, likely for the reason of it being a sugar coated version of what my responsibilities would really\u00a0 be like. I spent a lot of time being more of a customer service representative for the company rather than an intern learning the operations of the company. I was under the impression with the title \u201cManagement Trainee Intern\u201d, that I would have expected a lot more back office work and hands on working with management. This unfortunately was not the case and there were other responsibilities included in my work that were nowhere near mentioned in the job description as I was doing the same duties as the seasonal employees and sales associates.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Though this organization did not do a great job with creating job descriptions for this position, I was lucky that this was a temporary position of about 12 weeks.
