The first of the five sections, extraversion, shows that I scored a 73. This is a high score, indicating that I am sociable, outgoing, energetic, and lively. This shows that I prefer to be around people, than to be alone. The second factor, agreeableness, I scored high on as well, with a score of 79. This shows that I am highly interested in the well-being of others, sympathetic towards them and mostly pleasant. The third component, conscientiousness, I scored a 77 on. This goes to show that I can control my impulses, that I set intentional goals, pursue my goals and am considered to be reliable. Neuroticism, the fourth part, I scored a 34, on which is seen as average. This means that my emotional reactivity is typically sensible, and that I am able to cope with stressful situations in a typical fashion. The last component, openness to experience, I scored as a 66. This goes to show that I enjoy tradition, but that I am also open to new things. This also means that I have a high amount of intelligence, and less intellect. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I believe that as an employer looking at these scores, this could mean mostly good things, with some bad connotations as well. An employer going over this would see that I am a people person, and that I work very well alongside others. This would indicate that I will fit well with most company cultures, and that I will not create issues among coworkers. This goes along with the factor of agreeableness which I scored highly in. This factor proves that I feel for others, help others, and care for people other than myself majorly. Conscientiousness, which I scored highly on, shows that I am able to control impulses, which means I can keep my thoughts to myself and will shy away from creating arguments. At the same time, this means that I will try to hide what I am really thinking in the workplace, and may not give honest feedback. This could affect a business negatively, as I will do a lot in order to not create tension at work. I scored relatively average for neuroticism, meaning that I can react to stressful situations in a calm manner in the workplace, and that I won’t shut down at work. When it comes to openness to experience, I am able to problem solve quite well yet I am not interested in debating intellectual theories or ideas. This means that I won’t get distracted by deep conversation at work, but that I would not be well suited for a job that requires a regular deeper level of thinking. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
Through the test results, a sure story is told regarding my personality.
