Apple is an American multinational technology company headquartered in Cupertino, California, that designs, develops, and sells consumer electronics, computer software, and online services. Apple was established on April 1, 1976, by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne to sell the Apple I personal computer kit. In 1980, Apple began publicly trading and went public at $22 per share. Based on the idea of democratic, Apple is widely adopted employee suggestion. In the past year, Apple hired over 11,000 women globally We also can see tens of thousands of Apple employees all over the world, speaking dozens of languages, working together, such as 55% white, 15% Asian, 11% Hispanic, 7% Black, 2% Multiracial of U.S. Race and Ethnicity. I want to work on Silicon Valley of Apple Office, because Silicon Valley is home to many of the world’s largest high-tech corporations, as well as thousands of startup companies, and also Silicon Valley has a good working environment. Within walking distance you’ll find a golf course, restaurants, grocery stores, Sunnyvale’s main post office.

Google Inc. was found as a privately held company on September 9th, 1998. They became the public technology company on August 19th, 2004. Google Inc. is a big company with a more hieratic organization. Google’s organizational culture is not typical because they have different effects. They have open, innovative, smart with emphasis on excellence, and so on. Mostly, in Google Inc., employees work in groups or teams. Employees mutual cooperate with each other. Employees love the environment of the work place. They have the rights to present their voice. Google Inc. has modular data centers cross the USA, one in Ireland, one in Belgium, one in Singapore and one on Taiwan. Till now, Google has already set up more than 70 offices in more than 40 countries/regions in the world. Almost those offices are located in big cities which have high cost of living. The environment that employees work in is democratic. Because the offices are located in big cites, the traffic situations are convenient.

Amazon.com, Inc. often referred to as simply Amazon, is an American electronic commerce and cloud computing company with headquarters in Seattle, Washington. But Amazon is not just a Internet-based retailer, it also has Private labels and exclusive marketing arrangements and Amazon Web Services. It is so good for graduate student because of we can find extra chooses to match our major. In history of philanthropy, Amazon has periodically reactivated a Red Cross donation channel after crises such as Hurricane Sandy, Hurricane Katrina, and the 2004 earthquake and tsunami in the Indian Ocean. But I care about the Poor working conditions for amazon because of it has attracted widespread criticism by both current and former employees.
