What Manger I Would Like To Become
Now it’s easy to think that you might be able to create a perfect environment for you employees, but it requires more critical thinking and planning. If I were to be in a managing position in human resources, I would like to invest in staff development, promote recognition, and lead fairly. Difficulties may strike, and a balance between ethics and performance is needed. By investing in engagement, retention, and culture is what leads to long-term success. But you must work as a strategic partner and change agent, coordinating people strategies with the corporate goals.
