Hello world!

Hello,

Starting with the Life Stress Questionnaire I scored 245 which I thought was higher than I thought I would because I honestly don’t feel quite as stressed as this makes it seem. I do think there are a lot of missing points on this and its a very general overview of stress in someone’s life. Some of the questions are about bigger life events that might not fully show how someone feels day to day. Because of that I feel like the score might make stress seem higher than it actually feels in normal daily life.

My score on how stressed I am on the first PT quiz was 44 out of 100 which says I am somewhat stressed which I think is more accurate since this quiz was more based around more daily stress causing things. It asked more about how often I feel stressed and how I react to it which seemed more realistic to me. Everyone has some level of stress in their life and I think that score reflects that pretty well.

For the quiz testing if I am type A I was in the middle as a mix of type A and type B which I think is fair. I can be competitive and motivated when it comes to school or sports, but I am also pretty relaxed in other situations. Talking more about the types of ways to lower stress I thought it was interesting some of the suggestions made. I do a fair handful of these things and do see them as things that help lower stress like golf. Even though it can be frustrating at times I still enjoy being outside and doing those kinds of activities.
