To begin with, I am grateful to take this class because there are a lot of new and important things that I could learn from this class which I would never get it in outside. Moreover, the most important thing that I have learned from this class specifically is how to select and manage the human resources who as the people inside the company. There are a lot of companies that try to focus only on the customers because they are the one who become the primary sources of money. Therefore, many companies or organizations that put a little effort or even non to the human resources. Nevertheless, many people do not realize that the employees become the most important asset to the company because it can make the company different and be competitive advantage toward them because of creating several rare and brilliant ideas that can’t be imitated by the competitors. The competitors can buy exact machine that we have, or use the same supplier like we do and other things. But, they can’t imitate the brilliant ideas or feature that we have from the outstanding employees. Then, it is important to test the qualification of the employees before we recruit like the lesson that we got from this class how to design the test for the candidates to test their qualifications. Therefore, we are avoided from the costs or consequences of recruiting non-potential employees. In order to design the test, there are three main goals that we want to achieve, these are the test has to be describing human phenomena within a workplace at a very broad level, developing understanding, and predicting. Also, there are several characteristic to be met in order to make an effective tests, there are the test has to be reliable, valid, content validity, face validity. In addition, we also learn the Ratability and Validity aspect, where the test is possible to be reliable and valid but also non-valid and non-reliable. In order to get an accurate qualification, we need to have an accurate, reliable and valid test too as the provider to the test
