				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We are looking for a designer who can make things move on the web. With a  focus on After Effects for web and broadcast video and commercials, this  designer will also design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet and  mobile sites, starting in Photoshop and winding up in HTML5, CSS and  JQuery.</p>
<p>Solid work ethic, curiosity about all things digital and strong  motion graphics skill set are required, and you&#8217;ll be able to learn the  rest from our Interactive Design Manager, jumping into a diverse set of  high visibility projects.</p>
