Follow these simple instructions
- Connect to the internet
- Login to your personal Facebook account
- Click the Account button
- Click Help Center
- Type Create Page in the Facebook search bar
- Click Search
- In the search results click How Can I Create a Page
- In the answer results click the link that says Here
- Decide if you want a Community page or Official page
- Choose a page name and enter it into the space provided
- Click Create Community/Official Page button
- Edit and customize page to your liking
