HonestlyNow.org aims to provide members of the community a better way to communicate with their local banks and credit unions. They are proud to further support the public through offering a scholarship two times per year on an annual basis.

HomeFirst is offering a scholarship to help students reach their college goals.  All applicants must write an essay of 1,000 words or less answering the following question: How has the housing market been affected by the economy throughout the past 5 years? How do you think the market will look 5 years from now?

The essays will be reviewed and the three best entries will be awarded scholarships.


  • Must be a current student at an accredited college or university within the U.S.

Everspark Interactive understands the challenges autism presents to students affected by it, and knows how difficult it can be to consider going to college. With the EverSpark Interactive Autism Awareness Scholarship, they aim to encourage students to pursue their secondary education.

We also want to raise awareness for autism by encouraging students to study related fields in college.
  • Student must be currently enrolled in or be accepted to an accredited college or university AND
  • Student must be diagnosed with autism of any form OR
  • Student must be studying autism related research at an accredited university.
  • Student must have a minimum GPA of 2.6

Each year, School Furniture Depot will award 1 applicant a $1,000 scholarship. The scholarship can be used for any school related expenses, such as tuition and/or books.


  • Enrolled at an accredited technical school, college or university in the US
  • Must be an aspiring teacher (teaching, education majors)
  • Student must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • High School seniors with a minimum GPA of 3.0 pursuing an undergraduate degree focused in education may also apply

For this scholarship, students submit an essay online of 150-300 words describing a person who inspires them. Twenty finalists will be selected by popular vote. Tutors on WyzAnt will select the three winning essays.
