Loose ends

This photo essay does not show how close to finishing I am, but it sure feels like it’s just a few weeks away. Three cylinder heads that I have on hand are trash – I’ve ordered one from a reputable dealer and once that’s on, I’ll be really close!
The album cover that awakened me to Triumph motorcycles and Nikon cameras. It was 1965 and I was 14.
The first torque stay on the front wheel looked a bit flimsy, the second on looks better.

Figuring out the rear brakes and fabricating a work-around.
After getting the gearbox in (and delighting that it shifts up and down through all the gears) I move to the other side and began the work of putting the primary drive and clutch together.
