Registration for the RMBO Meeting includes:

Guests are invited to the dinners on Wednesday and Thursday evening, please indicate when registering if you will have a guest
The meeting on October 1 will take place at the CH2M HILL Alumni Center, located on the Oregon State University Campus approximately 1/2 block from the Hilton Garden Inn.

A select number of rooms are available at Oregon State University’s headquarters hotel, the Hilton Garden Inn, which is just down the street from the CH2M HILL Alumni Center. Portland International Airport (PDX) is the nearest international airport.
Shuttle Service: PDX is about 2.0 hours from Corvallis via shuttle. Reservations are required on the PDX to OSU Shuttle – HUT Shuttle
Rental Car: PDX is about 1.5 hours from Corvallis via rental car. Providers can be found by going here: PDX Ground Transportation.
Eugene (EUG) is the closest airport. Convenient connections to Seattle, San Francisco, and Denver. It is about a 45 minute drive from Corvallis.

Visitor Parking on Campus
If you are staying at the Hilton you can park in their lot at no cost for the duration of your stay. If you need to park on campus, please email conferences@oregonstate.edu for a visitor parking permit.
- Visitor permits are required Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm
- Visitor permits are $10 per day.
- Visitor permits must be displayed on the dash of your vehicle at all times. If the permit is not displayed you may receive a parking violation.
- It is recommended that permits be purchased online prior to your arrival. There are kiosks located in each of the visitor parking lots to purchase a permit on site if needed.
