A sigh of relief..
Posted March 14th, 2010 by lawrenkaThe end of the term is almost in sight! I finally feel like I am able to breathe again and take a much needed break before SpringĀ starts! Now that I have registered for classes I am really looking forward to this new term and spending my first spring/summer in Corvallis.
At the last team CAPS meeting I attended, the meeting adviser spent some time going over breathing exercises with the team. I have really been focusing on proper breathing and in doing so have noticed a huge change in my lack of stress and in doing so have really improved my sleeping habits.
I hope everyone’s doing well with finals and keep in mind that the light at the end of the tunnel is near!

I’m so glad ot hear your sleep has been improving! I’ve been hoping that it would; sleep is so important to me and provides a good foundation. Yea for improvements!
