Things have gone really well this week. Classes are starting to pick up, but this challenge has helped motivate me to stay on top of being healthy and continue to get 7 hours of sleep a night and work out every morning. I feel like my energy levels are returning to what they used to be 4 years ago and it feels great. I have been trying to incorporate more vegtables in my diet, but overall eat pretty healthy on a typical basis.
I am excited to meet with my team next week and get to know people better so I can start encouraging others and working with people to accomplish our goals.
