Pharmacy is a “best healthcare job” per US News and World Report.

Third-year students in the College of Pharmacy will be using this new facility on the South Waterfront in Portland beginning in 2014.

Some last minute details for those of you participating in the admissions process this year:

• Our deadline is November 1. You must e-submit your PharmCAS application by November 1.
• PharmCAS operates on Eastern time, so you must e-submit by 9 PM Pacific on November 1.
• Please make sure you send PharmCAS official transcripts from all colleges and universities you’ve ever attended, including colleges attended while in high school. PharmCAS cannot verify your application and transmit it to us without those transcripts.
• Refer to the email you received with the link to the supplemental application for the deadline for the supplemental application.

Campus Pride has once again given Oregon State its top rating for LGBT friendliness.

Updated application info for 2013-2014 is posted on the College of Pharmacy website. Make note of the August 1 “Early Consideration” deadline.

The College of Pharmacy works in partnership with the College of Veterinary Medicine and the College of Public Health and Human Sciences to research and promote health for all Oregonians.

The Oregon State University College of Pharmacy has updated its list of required prerequisite courses. These changes take effect for students applying for admission for Fall 2014.

You can read the list of prerequisites on the College of Pharmacy website. The website also has useful information about optional but valuable coursework that can further prepare you for the Pharm.D. program.
