Tesla’s current project focuses on discrimination, work process safety, and communication breakdowns between employees and supervisors. In this study, the human resources department that manages the Tesla Gigafactory in Nevada has been the subject of research. In conjunction with the three major issues mentioned above, this research will focus on the positive and negative aspects of Tesla’s HR management and suggest strategies to overcome them. Identifying potential solutions for Tesla will be done by creating a focus group of HR professionals. Thousands of people around the world have been motivated by Tesla’s dedication to innovation and technology to advance the new era of electromobility. A successful communication and leadership style involves having people within your organization believe that together they make a difference, that they work together to create a better future. Communication practices that are safe and effective are the main opportunity. In order to improve employee engagement, HR needs to rethink its current top-down decision-making model. In order to maintain safe working conditions and workplace satisfaction, effective communication allows the company to eliminate the need to publicize internal matters.
As far as what I see myself doing as a manager would be managing a auto repair shop. I think I would be naturally good at this because I have a knowledge of automobiles and how they work. I also get along great with people that enjoy working on cars. There is no such thing as a good auto shop if there are no good employees. Through effective training, you can transfer your ideas and work ethic to your team. As well as machines and tools used to service vehicles, your team must understand the different maintenance and repair procedures offered by the shop. Maintain a regular flow of information and reward your team’s hard work. Keep everyone updated on updates, policy changes, and new strategies.
