The OSU Computer Helpdesk provides computer support to Oregon State University employees and students. We provide technical support for ONID, Blackboard, ResNet, Mailman, and other software applications via the phone and email for a variety operating systems.
Hours of Operation:
Regular Terms
- Monday – Thursday: 8am-9pm
- Friday: 8am-7pm
- Saturday: Closed
- Sunday: 3pm-7pm
Intersessions & Summer Term
- Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm
- Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Locations:
The Computer Helpdesk has two locations:
- The OSU Computer Helpdesk’s Walk-up is located on the main floor of the Valley Library next to the reference desk. It is a place where students can ask questions in person or bring their laptops for troubleshooting assistance.
- The OSU Computer Helpdesk’s Call Center is located on the 4th floor of the Valley Library in the Administration Suite. Phone calls and emails are answered in this location.
